In 2023<\/strong>, we started an important new project as part of our ESG initiatives<\/strong> – the Piccole Mani (Little Hands) nursery within our company premises<\/strong>. It is run by the Bompieri Family Foundation<\/strong> and should help the employees and inhabitants of Monzambano, where our company is headquartered. The facility is suitable for children from 8 months to 3 years of age.<\/p>\n

This project represents an important step forward in our commitment to promoting values of social and environmental responsibility<\/strong>, as well as providing a high quality service to our community.<\/p>\n

The Piccole Mani nursery is conceived not only as a centre for the care and development of children, but also as a place where environmental sustainability and respect for business ethics are central. We want to create a welcoming and safe environment in which children can grow up happy and healthy.<\/p>\n

Here are some key points of our project:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Environmental Sustainability: We will implement sustainable practices such as recycling materials, using renewable energy, and adopting a low-impact approach to resource management.<\/li>\n
  2. Environmental Education: We will introduce educational programmes to teach children the importance of sustainability and environmental conservation, encouraging them to become aware and responsible citizens.<\/li>\n
  3. Healthy and Organic Food: We will offer nutritious meals prepared with organic and local ingredients, promoting a healthy and sustainable lifestyle from a young age.<\/li>\n
  4. Community Involvement: We will actively collaborate with the children’s families and the local community to promote a culture of inclusion, participation and solidarity.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
